The hydrate mask was my absolute favourite for so long… the scent was light and heavenly and nothing moisturized my 3B/C curls like it. . BUT sadly this is no longer the case. The formula has been changed it doesn’t make my curls soft and hydrated and the new scent is horrible in my opinion… I’m really sad that this product will not be in my hair care line up anymore. Will no longer be purchasing this mask.

No answer - it’s been almost 4 days.
I was really hoping to have her a response by now, but it’s been more than 48 hours and I’ve only received a generic email response. As of yet I have yet to have my concerns managed or dealt with.

The products are not working
The products are not working for me. Tried to contact customer service for advice/ return, but there is no response and I am running out of time to return the products that are of no use to me.
