Generally positive with an exception.

I’ve generally had positive experiences ordering online from Verb Canada however the one instance that did not go well was when I attempted to redeem my loyalty points to make a purchase. The points were taken off of my total but no discount was ever applied to my order and I have no idea where they went. Disheartening for sure.

Poor quality bottles

One of the bottles crapped out after I barely opened it. Tried everything to get it to work again but no good. Pretty expensive for that to happen. Product itself rocks, but not being able to use it isn't ok.

Good products, horrible packaging.

Products good, packaging for protection I'd give 0 stars. They had NOTHING in the box and a couple products leaked because of lack of care. I emailed the day my package arrived and a few weeks later no reply except to ask me to leave a review which I am now. For the money, they, as a company need to do better.

Disappointed!! Formula and Scent has changed

The hydrate mask was my absolute favourite for so long… the scent was light and heavenly and nothing moisturized my 3B/C curls like it. . BUT sadly this is no longer the case. The formula has been changed it doesn’t make my curls soft and hydrated and the new scent is horrible in my opinion… I’m really sad that this product will not be in my hair care line up anymore. Will no longer be purchasing this mask.

No answer - it’s been almost 4 days.

I was really hoping to have her a response by now, but it’s been more than 48 hours and I’ve only received a generic email response. As of yet I have yet to have my concerns managed or dealt with.
