All the products in my package are leaking, even the box is wet. l tried to contact you guys, but l NEVER get a reply. You don't have a number on your website as well.😒 NO Customer service at all.

All thr items came destroyed and spilled over, have written to the verb team but no response yet. Still waiting on to hear from them.

The products are not working for me. Tried to contact customer service for advice/ return, but there is no response and I am running out of time to return the products that are of no use to me.

I was supposed to get 1: 1x sea packette | sample [VBSSHCOSEA10CA] 2: 1x glossy packette [VBSSHCOGLS10CA] 3: 1x purple packette [VBSSHMKPP10CA] 4: 1x ghost packette | sample [VBSSHCOGH10CA] 5: 1x purple mask | 1 oz [VBPPMK30CA I didn’t you sent me 3 packets of shampoo and conditioner. Hardly worth the $12 I spent. Needless to say this speaks volumes for your company and products. I won’t be doing business with you.
