The FL is great, the documentation considerably less so. Mine did not come with any instructions at all. When I found that the only instructions the FL itself came with were printed on the side of the box (and were not very detailed) I went online to look up the proper care procedures. It's a good thing that I did, if I hadn't I very likely would have used soap the first time I had to clean it, which is a no-no. Luckily, the add-ons I purchased with my FL did include the instructions, though why the instructions were inside the packaging of the stand alone products I purchased and not in the box of the FL itself is a mystery. The instructions are carefully disguised as a promotional cross-sell pamphlet for their other products. If you completely unfold the cross-sell, you will find, hidden within it, the instructions for use and care. If you only partially unfold the pamphlet, as I had when I first came across it, there's a good chance you will miss the instructions. Had I purchased the FL alone I wouldn't have had them, and that's kind of distressing as there is important information in those instructions. No harm done, but there easily could have been.

Kind of a tight fit, not expecting from having previously other products for comparison the case can be a little uncomfortable from being a little tight. although the sleeve is the redeeming grace with how well made it is.

What is this review for anyways?

I find your customer service to be outstanding, but mobile website navigation needs some improvement; the cart does not function smoothly & multiple overlays cover over function buttons on many pages. Product wise: the Fleshlight sleeves I purchased are amazing, the sleeve warmer was defective so I won’t judge until I have a working unit to assess, but the launch is in need of a major redesign. I was very disappointed in its lack of intelligent design, it’s cumbersome, doesn’t sit flat on any side & doesn’t provide a comfortable place to grip while using. I’d like to consult on the next iteration, as you really failed to think like the user with that product.
