Expected more. Maybe I bought the wrong style

so, the unit i received doesnt close tight, so it goes off. i cant use it, can you guys replace it?

I love all their stuff and the website except when you put your phone number for the delivery they sell it to some scam company.

The shower mount was a terrible disappoint in its suction power and ability to stay on surfaces. Was expecting a lot more, but the suction cup leaves a lot to be desired. Seen and used better suction cup designs in the past.

I question the actual texture on the fleshlight products that I have purchased against their actual images as shown on the website. The textures look much better in the images. I question the credibility of what is advertised and what I actually received. I have been buying fleshlights for years now, and this is something I have concluded as of late. I am still satisfied with the products, but only wish they were as good as they seem in the images.
