Dissapointed

The design of the modern bag is terrific but the stitching split between the shoulder straps which was disappointing. But prompt offer of replacement or refund was appreciated.

Shipping took more than 6 weeks. I loaded it up with my laptop and books, and later that day the zipper broke. The arm strap positioning made it hard to get into the main compartment. Not a good purchase.

Product came straight from China. Took forever. Disappointed in overall product vs price. No packing slip with info.

Took almost 6 weeks to receive the backpack. When received the quality and functionality are not very good.
