Not a quality product for the price

It took forever to arrive and the product sucks. It’s not big at all

For this price you can find a much better backpack

Purchase process was fast and efficient; delivery however took a over 3 weeks. After my unplanned purchase, I found similar backpacks at half the price. I was disappointed with my purchase, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of the return process. At this time I am not if I’ll ever buy from this site again.

I ordered three products from Buyzip, two of which were delivered on time and the third of which it took me three tries before I actually got a working product. It seems that whoever is making their air coolers for them in China has not yet out how to ship them without damaging them so that they end up leaking when you get them not to mention the box was all battered and the product itself had come apart. They did issue a refund and I did ask them to work with their supplier to try to rectify the situation. So if you are planning on ordering one the air coolers the patient as it may take a few tries before you get one that actually works. The reason that I gave them two stars instead of one is because they managed to ship the other two products without incident.
