While the bag its self is O.K. (I was expecting better quality for the price) the biggest problem was getting shipping information. There was a Postal strike in Ontario and I expected delays, but it took 4 Emails, 2 posts on Fb before getting information about my shipment. The products are fine. the Customer service, NOT!.I probably won’t use this company for anything again

I didn't like it. Didn't serve the purpose. Will be returning it.

I was rather disappointed in size and way the travel backpack was made. The straps look like they are on backwards, there isn't much room for things other than clothes. For what you receive the item is way overpriced plus it comes from China so you aren't likely to send it back.

I researched backpacks for over a year to find the perfect one. So very disappointed in this backpack!! It shows big pockets inside to keep things organized but actually they are very small and everything falls out. The outside pockets will not hold a cell phone or sunglasses. Traveling with this backpack was a nightmare! I can’t give it a strong rating!!

Customer service was very nice to work with and bag arrived quicker than expected. However the back pack was overpriced. Fabric and zippers felt sub standard. Not nearly as efficient as the images online appeared.
