I purchased the modern bag for my daughter for Christmas She didn’t like it. And I was disappointed in it. It was smaller than it was pictured. Wasn’t big enough for her stuff and hard to get into. I ordered two of the same items in two different colors. I received one of the items in about 6 days. I had been charged for both items at the time of the order. I contacted service and a couple days went by before I was told my order was lost on the product that never arrived. I said, well can you still ship it out in time? They replied no they would like to just refund my purchase. I said I'd like to have the item even if I can't have it in time for Christmas (they were ordered as gifts). They do not offer expedited shipping. I said "Id still like to have the product even if it comes in a few weeks later. They said they were out of stock and could not accept the order. They did refund my payment promptly and the product I received was of good quaility.
