Unprofessional and lacking in knowledge about various Telstra Services
The change from Telstra to Business Telecom should have been seamless and without issue, according to the Sales Rep (who conveniently left and went to another company),but that was not the case.
Originally we had dual ISDN connections to provide us with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth in the very poorly serviced Emu Plains business area. 'Business Telecom' advised that could provide and equal or better service for less, but they would trial it first to ensure they could meet their claim.
This did not happen, so for over 2 years we have had fluctuating service which has been devastating for the business and forced us to rely on very expensive 4G options.... BT's promised 'FIX" is the NBN which was due in April 2017, then April 2018, then June then October, then.......who knows?
