We have a system that we no longer use 2/3 of and there is no willingness to look at other ways to restructure to benefit both parties. Make note that once our contract is finished we will be terminating the contract from these short-termist shysters

I have requested closure of account three times, in every case the call center person takes all the information then says she will pass it to another team. But nothing happens. The original sales rep told me I would be paying off the equipment over three years. Now it seems it was a rental only contract and the company resumes the equipment at the end. I will never do business with this company again and will warn my business acquaintances of my experience

If you want to talk to who they need to talk to,( when you have problems ) talk to the majors
