Worst experience with a Telco ever and to make it even worst am locked incontract for five years

I don’t use your company.

spoken with several people about the speed of our internet only to be told that we wont get close to the speed we are paying for due to an issue that was not disclosed to us when we signed the contract we will be paying for a minimum of 18 months (out of a 24 month contract!) before there will be the possibility to get faster speeds. no one seems to care you just keep telling me that we cant provide it. NOT HAPPY!
