Been without incominng calls for a week
On site technician was great, issue still not sorted a week later, after visit from onsite, waited 3 days expecting another tech, got told it was going to be done remotely??!! how somebody expected to be able to fix remotely when on site tech couldn't fix is beyond me. As instructed, waited until after 12 to get the results of the remote session, surprise surprise, couldn't be sorted. Waiting to see a tech today, fingers crossed. We are running a business of 65 people from one mobile phone. Not impressed by the lack of urgency, and I am positive we wont get compensated in any way.
