Very slow. Line hunt not working. Poor sound quality. Line Drop outs. Phantom phone calls. Internet very slow. Internet drop outs. System lagging. Customer service very slow. Nice company to deal with but they miss point on what matters to their clients.

promised to deliver but never did, internet is still slow, phone is still unclear and low in volume and made us paid for another set of new phones for $15k

I was not impressed as when the technicians arrived they did not bring all the equipment. We were left with no extensions working only the main numbers. Our IT guy had work out all the numbers and extensions. We still have to put all the new phones into the residents rooms ourselves. Considering how much this upgrade cost I was very disappointed.

Not satisfied with the service provided

Ever since we connected with you we have had nothing but problems. No communication or help totally disatisified. would not recommended them to anyone. Requested a call back 2 weeks ago and no call back to date. No internet for 4days. what else would you like to hear?
