* People don't get back to you * technicians response time is too long. We have had to wait days for problems to be resolved and then been forced to attend site on a public holiday to meet a technician. This should not happen in a business * Technicians are incompetent and cant resolve basic problems without revisits to site

End of Contract

AT the end of our contract you just increased the fee but a huge amount without bothering to talk to us regarding our needs. As we are moving offices in October we will not be using business telecom after this date. You have lost a customer and we will advise all our clients via linkedin and face book how bad you guys are at customer service.

False promises

Updated Static IP address to gain faster interne for IP phone. 4 weeks ago - yep, tested, all good simply changed one static IP address for another....plug in and all should be fine - Wednesday last week, plugged in, no phone - still no resolution. Tech was supposed to be onsite at 10AM with our IT guy on the phone - its now 11.23 am......

Business tele- can't

Could not fullfill a simple request. Claimed a technician has to attend premises with a cost of XXX per callout+time spent. This is not true, as this request was already done by their top technician by logging in remotely and fixing in 20 seconds last year. That technician, unfortunately left, and I was observing on the screen that she did not even have correct log in details. My request still remains "pending' Ludicrous.

What a shame when your business puts money before service. Many companies spend money attracting new customers, how about looking after the ones you have?
