Explore Other Options

The installation, implementation and technical support of the equipment from their installation company, Nexgen, was such that we would never use Business Telecom's services again and we will be pleased to be out of contract. A colleague had a similar experience with them.

DO NOT USE

Service is terrible. We have had nothing but problems from the start. Tech support is overseas, no-one gets back to you. Huge, expensive rip off!
