If I could give a 0 I would. Your service is shocking and your staff are rude. Sadly I am in contract for another 3 years with my phones so will no doubt have to deal with you further.

Coustomer service poor

Poor customer service, ongoing line and internet issues . Need to charge clients to come out if their is a problem . Plan and service not discuss properly before signing up . Waste of money . Always have problems and customers service don’t care , they only get it touch with you if the bill not paid . My wifi was hacked due to not being protected right , had to call up to get it protected .
