Overall very poor, unorganised and ambiguous policies

I have contacted Business Telecom twice now about an account issue and have not received a call back as promised nor has the issue been resolved. On top of this, I reported a fault with our conference phone and need to log an issue with our phone message but neither can be sorted until the account issue is resolved.

Would not recommend

Still waiting for system to work and have received the wrong payout figure of the old phone system, plus would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Have been waiting to have office phone repaired, after several phone calls and an email. Still waiting.
