NBN Issues Unable to rectify 3 mts now Disappointing.

Painful to deal with. Always talk to someone different. Things take months to get actioned. More expensive than similar suppliers.

Your customer service is not good , your operators ( off shore ? ) are often hard to understand , the reliability of your supply is , at best , third world ! Thank you for the opportunity to supply my feedback Phil Williams
