notghing but trouble and extra charges, Fax does not work despite 2 field trips and wrong display of numbers when dialing landlines

I just continually have issues with the phones and it doesn't seem to be set up to make things easier.

Unable to reach company on phone and talk to a person directly (despite this being a selling point of joining). Slow turnaround times and poor solutions to simple problems.

i HATE THE PRODUCT HOWEVER IN ORDER TO LEAVE I NEED TO PAY EST $20,000 FOR EQUIPTMENT

Less than happy with how Business Telecom conducted themselves from day one, especially the ethics of their sales staff. I strongly regret leaving our former provider. Never once have I felt that they were acting in my or my business's best interests - they have definitely not delivered what was promised.
