Service not as good as requested

We recently had a fire at the club. Which destroyed the Phone system. I contacted Business Telecom and the person I spoke to advised that to have some one come out and fix the fault would cost $720. Agreed to request and when the tech came out they advised that we needed to repair the mdf and have the lines re-established. Disappointed as if the person had asked the correct questions on the line the first time we could of had the work already done before they came out. This cost us money and most of all time. The delay in having someone come out was also disappointing. Every time we needed something done it was taking over a week to get a tech out to the site. When we eventually got the tech out he was great with his assistance in getting the phone system up.

Lack of communication and contradicting

Lack of communication and contradicting information provided by different staff members. Apalling really. If this had been prior to our contract being signed, I would never have used your company and would not recommend

We were promised that we would save hundreds of dollars per month and would receive any support required from an Australian based help-desk none of which has happened. we will be switching back to Telstra at the next available opportunity.

Not Happy

Things have not been done as I was told when I signed up. There have quite a few problems and issues are still not resolved. Currently I am paying more than I was previously and I have not received any reimbursement. I would not have changed if I had realised it would be like this.
