Very disappointing when it comes

Very disappointing when it comes an issue, too many people involved who don’t see the overall picture . You are quick to charge another fee, even though things weren’t set up properly in the first place. We were told it is an Australian Company, yet we have to deal with people overseas. Not impressive.

Never saw the rep again

Never saw the rep again once the contract was signed despite his reassurances he would always be available and in touch.

Reason for charges on bill are not clear. In conversation with sales staff we were to have unlimited internet. This was not carried through to the contract and took a while to rectify. Internet has not been great, and therefore the phone lines have not been great, which has been very disruptive to our business. Support staff are usually good though and do try to be as helpful as possible
