My home phone 9967 5882 has been iniooperable for several months

still no music on hold via radio

SYSTEM THAT WAS SOLD TO US WAS NOT IDEAL. tHE SUPPORT THAT WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS VERY GOOD

i ask you guys to upgrade my internet 3 times, still haven't had a call back, phone system is average and expensive compared to other telcos

Still waiting to have NBN Data port connection issue sorted. I call am told someone will call back but I have to keep chasing. still waiting :(
