HAVE LOST TELEPHONE AND INTERNET

HAVE LOST TELEPHONE AND INTERNET ANUMBER OF TIME SINCE IT WAS INSTALLED TAKES A LONG TIME TO COME BACK ALSO THE INTERNET IS SO SLOW I GET VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE WHOLE SETUP AND AM WONDERING IF I HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING BY CHANGING MY SYSTEM ALSO NOW THAT I UBDERSTAND THE COST OF THE LEASEING OF THE EQUIPMENT AND LEASING OF THE PROGRAMS I WOULD NOT OF EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT CHANGING OVER THE NEXT 5 YEARS THIS SYSTEM WILL COST ME $32,000 PLUS MY TELEPHONE BILLS THE WOMAN WHO GOT ME IN IS VERY SMOOTH SO IM A LITTLE UPSET OVER THE WHOLE ARRANGEMENT

Poor call quality

The quality of phone calls is poor. I assume this is due to calls being routed through VOIP.

Was informed that you would handle dealings with Telstra. Haven't received any assistance regarding cancelling Telstra services and what services/ numbers should be cancelled. Many phone calls garbled. Programmer tried to con extra money from us on programming system for all the 'extra work'.
