Sent me the wrong tips for my syringes

I was charged for the 250 and received 100 box

Not a happy customer at all. The package was in shambles. Meaning the.box was open and the 22g needles may be compromised. Also, . It took over 16 days to get a producthere and I didn't receive what I had purchased initially. You want to make me a happy customer. Send me 100 box of 18g lure lock needles. That is what will remedy this situation. I expect good customer service! I'll be all over social media if I don't get what I just requested.

Delivery note says it was left with receptionist, but nobody has seen this package... is there a signature?
