I have yet to receive my product. I sent several emails and still no response.

I ordered 23g you sent 25g. I event sent an email and you ignored it. very bad

I placed an order and 2 weeks have gone by and still nothing. I have called, left messages on their answering machine, sent them messages on their website and still no response!! I have asked for a refund and they have not returned my phone calls or messages or anything! This really pisses me off!! Their website said they had what I needed in stock and yet 2 weeks later, all it says is “Awaiting Fullfillment”!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! I needed my syringes last week!! I have bought twice from them and had no problems in the past but I don’t know what the hell is going on this time!!

I called during regular business hours and the phone just rings endlessly, i emailed two days ago and have not received a response. My order was supposed to arrive 5 days ago and i have no idea where it is.

The first time I ever ordered from them there was no issues, I ordered 13 days ago and still haven’t received my package and it’s been sitting in transit for a week 90 minutes from my house. Sent an email days ago and still no response. Hope my issues can get resolved.
