Return from a rural area in the US via DSL is VERY difficult. . UPS would be a much easier option, and it would be helpful to have a phone representative to actually TALK to. . . in other words, a human voice.

Shipping is pricey, but refund is prompt. There needs to be a US return location.

I ordered a dress for my engagement photos. I found the website to be difficult to navigate, for example I was looking for a specific dress and when I looked at all of the dresses on the site the dress was not shown. However, when I searched it by name, it did show up. The other issue is that the sizing was inaccurate, I ordered a US 4 even though my size is usually a 0 or 2 and it is still a bit small. The sleeves are too tight around my shoulders. Really like the dress but incredibly uncomfortable and sad about the sizing issue.

International returns from the US are very difficult.
