Arrived on time and no issues. The embossed initials as a hanging bag “tag” is not what I expected. Would much rather it be incorporated into the bag…like my other bags. The only thing I wouldn’t do again…please.

My suitcase, backpack, and under seat duffel are all my favorite. Seriously worth the money. Obsessed with this brand. My only fear is if they ever sell out and compromise quality because I’m a consumer for life at this point.
