Could use better customer service
I received something completely different than what I ordered. But I do understand mistakes happen. I emailed customer service, let them know about the error (pics included,) but never heard back. I did mention I didn't want to go through the hassle of a return and I just wanted to let them know of the mistake. But I have heard nothing. No sorry. No thank you. No screw you. Nada. I'm not cool with this lol. And now that I go to the site and look up the item I originally ordered, it's no longer available. Unfortunately, I'm not really sure I'll be ordering from BreazyGreen again.
