Customer Support? Does it exist?
Purchased a device, only good thing was it shipped fast. Device arrived and charged before use(attempted). The battery charge indicator would not go off, even after 9hrs plugged into the computer usb as recommended. Called Breazy 15 times, left 1 message, sent email and no response. After a day I contacted the manufacturer, they want me to ship the battery to them at my expense and wait for testing and replacment. What a waste of time and money, Breazy customer support does not exist and atmos is just junk with the same support. Maybe Breazy Green us good for standard equipment but not electronic, I won’t know as this will be my last purchase. Luckily Amex has purchase protection.
