When I was told I had to stop eating gluten by my health practitioner, I was very resistant at first!! It took me a while to surrender to the idea. I was born in Europe and enjoying a good croissant on Sunday was something I didn’t want to give up. But soon, I realized I had no choice. I founded “Hashimotos Awareness “in 2013.
