Also, the five options test is very precised, it is most comfortable to give nuanced answers than in other tests, without always being extreme. Think that, for the examiner, this type of test must give easy recording of the character and interests of an individual. I was very impressed with all of the research put into this book. Then it was broken up into chunks to help the lay person understand why their brains act the way it does. I have learned many lessons that I am putting into place in my life and seen great results! This book really made me think and reflect on my life and what I need to do for a healthier brain.
