The brain assessment asks important questions about how one feels. I have taken the assessment a few times and sometimes my brain type changes. I may feel one way on a day and then feel another way on another day. That is the only issue I have with the assessment as one's mood can vary and change the results.

I was shocked by the assessment results. They were so spot on for me. I learned a lot, but it was weird How spot on it was!
