Undelivered

The furniture itself is great but good luck getting it delivered! I don’t know if there is some issue between the stock room and delivery third party but it’s been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting for half of my order to arrive. Customer service are perfectly nice but they say one thing, then an email from the delivery company arrives saying something completely different. I have 1/3 boxes for a storage unit and still no idea when or if I’ll ever receive the other 2, neither does anyone else it seems.

We really liked Boori when

We really liked Boori when we read about them online, and the designs look lovely. We've now got our items in our new child's room, but unfortunately the ordeal to get the items was stressful, poorly managed, poorly communicated and severely below the expectations we had for the company. Issues include: - Delivery weeks after expected delivery date when ordered - Packaging was non-recyclable, non-eco and wasteful (filled 4 large bags of refuse) - Despite all the packaging, there were two scratches on one of the items (we have been partly compensated for but just a bit of a shame. When a wax stick was sent to try and fill in the colour, it is a markedly different shade of pink to the furniture. ) - Poor construction: In some instances the bolt holes did not line up perfectly with the bolts - Sent incorrect item: At one stage in the process we were sent something completely incorrect which we hadn't ordered. . . gave an impression of chaos in their logistics dept - Confusing marketing: The website encouraged us to buy a package 4-item deal including acrylic bookshelf stands and a bookcase, but the package didn't include the bookcase which the bookshelf stands were compatible with. Now we have bookshelf stands which don't fit an item of furniture we have.

Customer service needs improving, you need to pick up the phone & talk to your customers & let them know about delays. Not leave it up to them to chase via emails.
