It was a really unpleasant

It was a really unpleasant experience as the courier DHL struggled delivering parcels over the Christmas/January period. It was a really frustrating time and quite upsetting as DHL said they had delivered the parcel when they hadn't. Boori customer services came to the rescue in the end, for which I am very grateful, and am now enjoying the lovely products I ordered.

Good, but not without issues

Unfortunately, customer service completely ghosted me after I returned a couple of items. Still waiting on the refund of several hundred pounds… Furniture is nicely designed but I expected a higher quality of main materials and greater use of solid wood.

Disappointed

Until I was recognised as a trade client - communication was non-existent. Delivery was a one only attempt - or you pay for 2nd. Client was home when the delivery was attempted. Not inclined to use this supplier again sadly.

I ordered a few spare

I ordered a few spare parts for a cot bed. Their price was quiet reasonable, but I got stung with shipping charges for spending less than £50 with no tracking. Items got lost in the postal system, but an email to Boori and they came a few days later.
