My boyfriend loves the watch, it looks great! But it was delivered to the wrong address and I had no support from the customer service team despite trying to contact them to explain the situation several times. Luckily the girl who it was delivered to messaged me after finding my details on the invoice and arranged to meet me. I am very grateful for her as this was a big inconvenience for me and her. I still have had no response from the customer service team who have made no efforts to help ensure I received the product.

I received a nice watch that looked like the one I had bought but it was not the correct watch. I ordered the classic style with no small dials but the one I got has dials on it. Seems to be good quality. I would have liked the one I ordered however.

I have ordered my watch a month ago and still hasn't come when it was suggested to come within 3-7 business days

A Christmas present ordered november 30th finally arrived 2nd week of Jan after chasing a lot. Not a great experience... definitely not a 7 day global delivery purchase.
