I didn t receive my watch ☹

Dispatch and customer service terrible. I received an email to say it was dispatched, it actually wasn’t sent until two weeks after that. It took 6 weeks to arrive despite on your website saying that international packages sent via DHL and takes three days. It took repeated emails to your customer service before anybody bothered to reply, and when I finally did get a response was generally unhelpful. While my son was happy with the watch, would not purchase from here again.

Stopped working and paid for new battery and it wouldn’t work!!!! Not happy
