Okay ish

Got a mixed box of the shakes. Didn't enjoy all of the flavours but that's okay! However, one of the shakes didn't have a secure lid (it didn't click into place) so when I went to grab it from the fridge for the first time I found it had gone off; was a bit annoyed as it was the only flavour I seemed to enjoy and it was inedible.

Stock issues meant I ordered

Stock issues meant I ordered a one-off box of Garden Pea & Spinach, which turned out to be a new recipe that I liked less, then the subscription began again and I now have another 6 Garden Pea & Spinach. If offering subscriptions, consistency of delivery period is paramount for me.

Poor packaging

I contacted Bol recently because although their soups are really good…the plastic pots are a nightmare to open. I am a pensioner with thin skin and I have cut my hands trying to open the pots !, They came back to me and completely misunderstood my message and just went banging on about recipes instead. A classic case of messages not being being read and understood properly. They are off my shopping list in future.

Not what I'm used to

Order arrived a day late. Packaging was soggy and the ice packs defrosted. It had obviously just been sat in a depot somewhere for an extra day despite the huge yellow sticker saying it must be delivered today. I don't know if BOL have recently changed courier or they can't cope with the rush of orders starting up again but this isn't the sort of experience I'd expect from BOL.
