Poor website experience/ difficulty cancelling and amending subscription

Website makes it very difficult to amend a subscription and each item has to be cancelled individually in order to cancel the subscription as a whole. Very frustrating

Poor and awkward customer service. I'm not sure why i've got this review request when I told them I wouldn't be buying their products again due to poor customer service.

Not good

Bought a 12 pack of banana flavour and the first one I opened was all congealed and bad, then opened a couple more and while they was not as bad they had a very strong bad smell, I have reached out to Bol for a response and apparently will get a refund for one but still waiting
