I love Bol foods and eat your products several times a week, but 3 of the many Bol Shakes that I have purchased have been so thick, they are undrinkable and have had to be throw them away (see attached).

Got a mixed box of the shakes. Didn't enjoy all of the flavours but that's okay! However, one of the shakes didn't have a secure lid (it didn't click into place) so when I went to grab it from the fridge for the first time I found it had gone off; was a bit annoyed as it was the only flavour I seemed to enjoy and it was inedible.

Stock issues meant I ordered a one-off box of Garden Pea & Spinach, which turned out to be a new recipe that I liked less, then the subscription began again and I now have another 6 Garden Pea & Spinach. If offering subscriptions, consistency of delivery period is paramount for me.

Order arrived a day late. Packaging was soggy and the ice packs defrosted. It had obviously just been sat in a depot somewhere for an extra day despite the huge yellow sticker saying it must be delivered today. I don't know if BOL have recently changed courier or they can't cope with the rush of orders starting up again but this isn't the sort of experience I'd expect from BOL.

The use of soy in the power drinks just shows they are more interested in profit than actually helping people get healthy
