Order arrived a day late. Packaging was soggy and the ice packs defrosted. It had obviously just been sat in a depot somewhere for an extra day despite the huge yellow sticker saying it must be delivered today. I don't know if BOL have recently changed courier or they can't cope with the rush of orders starting up again but this isn't the sort of experience I'd expect from BOL.

Your new packaging of the pea snd spinach and tomato snd red pepper makes it dangerous for me to open as I need a knife. My 86 year old mother now cannot purchase your products due to same issue. Even the Carers where I live find it hard. I would have scored 5 stars as I love the products but I’ve put 1 for package as I can no longer get to it. Please 🙏go back to the screw on containers. Easy to open and environmentally friendly as I use the empties for seeds and pulses. I passed on empty extras I didn’t need to all my friends and family too. So, not waste. So, please bring back easy open older container. Sam
