Very poor service for individual orders with shipping taking over 6 weeks to arrive. The subscription service in the past always arrived promptly so this was a huge disappointment

Terrible

Still haven’t received it … two months

It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my package. There was no warning that shipping would take a month plus.

I placed and order more than a month ago and it hasn't arrived yet and they're not helping at all. Never again.
