Still haven’t received the snack/food boxes

6 weeks after order and I still dont have it.

Still haven’t received package over 5 weeks later. Customer service wasn’t helpful.

My order was purchased as a gift, but it still has not arrived after a month. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be using Bokksu again.

Ordered a month ago, still waiting for it to ship. No information on where this order is and unable to cancel / refund. Stuck in limbo and missed the holidays (intended as a Christmas gift).
