waste of time - ordered black friday deal with xmas card and wrapping bonus - its well after xmas and no sign of the items yet. unhelpful customer service.

Ordered 2 boxes on 11/26 for Christmas presents. It’s now 12/30 and I’m told there is no update on delivery. I ordered last year and the product was amazing; I don’t think I’ll order again after this experience.

I have no idea where my order is. Two emails to customer service has left me with no help.
