Shipping was extra long, order was made may 19, received June 10th. The selection of what I picked everything was what I wanted, so little complaint besides the fact that some snacks were due to expire and I didn't think it take longer than 12 days to ship so I didn't mind. Wouldn't *really* buy again bc i just found the wait super inconvenient, that I rather just go to local asian shops and grocery stores for a fix- this probably would only be a once a year thing during the sakura drop. Still enjoyed the snacks though.

Products were good. Taste good and it is useful as a gift box because it includes some sweets and stuff like a glass and furoshiki. I liked them. But it was so slow to be delivered. I ordered some boxes at the beginning of December but they arrived on Jan. 4 and after Jan. 7, 2026. So some products were already expired. Kitkat Matcha's expiration date was December, 2025, for example. I thought it was great to introduce some Japanese taste, but it didn't make in time for Christmas. They should not send the products out if the expiration date is coming soon.

Generally it was good the experience, the website navigation is fluid and rich in content and extremely well designed thematically, the Shop app for tracking orders can be a bit distractive and not so objective. It was quite expensive for the number of items inside 2 boxes and the time it took to receive the boxes which I wanted to offer as a christmas gift for my wife which is a Huge fan of Japanese sweets and snacks, also the unexpected expensive customs I paid on my country. A experience that I would like to repeat but due to the overall cost I think I might look for an alternative.

It has been a month since I ordered the item and it still has not been delivered.
