Not worth the amount of money paid

While support has been helpful and the website is well designed, I made an order well over a month ago and it still has not been delivered. I understand shipping and customs affects delivery times but I never expected an order made at the end of November to still not be delivered by the near end of December.

Beautiful package. . some nice items. Daughter enjoyed it, but overall I thought the advent calender had too many cheap snacks for the price.
