Service is terrible. I ordered on December 1 as a Christmas gift. It is now December 27 and I'm still waiting for the box to arrive.

Never received order.

Horrible experience. Item still in Japan airline. Told me to contact them again in ten days. So I did, but they didn’t do anything about it… just told me to wait more. Buyer beware!!

Shipping took too long (4 weeks). When I reached out to customer service I got a standard response that it was out of their hands. I ordered on Black Friday and the item got here after Christmas. I had to order another gift for intended recipient. Wish they would have been realistic with shipping times.
