Took over a month, arrived after Christmas.

My order took over a week to ship from my order date. It took five weeks to be delivered so it did not make it in time for Christmas. Needless to say, I am disappointed my gift did not make it in time for Christmas to my friend. I will not order from Bokksu again.

I can't completely rate the transaction, as I still don't have my order. Ordered two weeks before Christmas and as of today, Jan 10th, I still don't have it. Everything I have ordered from Bokksu has been good, so I hope this order is the same, if and when I get it.

For some reason, we still had to pay customs even though we thought the free shipping would include tax and customs like it did last time when we ordered Bokksu.

31 days is too long for shipping food items. Had I known the package would arrive 11 days after Christmas, I would not have ordered. Not very happy with how this turned out.
