Generally it was good the experience, the website navigation is fluid and rich in content and extremely well designed thematically, the Shop app for tracking orders can be a bit distractive and not so objective. It was quite expensive for the number of items inside 2 boxes and the time it took to receive the boxes which I wanted to offer as a christmas gift for my wife which is a Huge fan of Japanese sweets and snacks, also the unexpected expensive customs I paid on my country. A experience that I would like to repeat but due to the overall cost I think I might look for an alternative.

It has been a month since I ordered the item and it still has not been delivered.

Took over a month, arrived after Christmas.

My order took over a week to ship from my order date. It took five weeks to be delivered so it did not make it in time for Christmas. Needless to say, I am disappointed my gift did not make it in time for Christmas to my friend. I will not order from Bokksu again.

I can't completely rate the transaction, as I still don't have my order. Ordered two weeks before Christmas and as of today, Jan 10th, I still don't have it. Everything I have ordered from Bokksu has been good, so I hope this order is the same, if and when I get it.
