Shipping took too long (4 weeks). When I reached out to customer service I got a standard response that it was out of their hands. I ordered on Black Friday and the item got here after Christmas. I had to order another gift for intended recipient. Wish they would have been realistic with shipping times.

No package yet after 4 weeks.

Placed order 11/20/25 and have not received items as of 12/23/25. Tracking shows shipment is delayed somewhere and will definately miss Christmas.
