One of my products arrived damaged, customer support said they'd ship out a replacement. I get having to wait a bit due to supply issues, but I got a shipping notification 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't updated. I emailed last week and yesterday and still haven't heard back.

Takes too long to receive

Shipping was terrible. Took over 30 days to receive order. Subscription would have been a waste

Unresponsive and I yet to receive my order shame on you will not order again from your business
