Terrible customer service that doesn’t respond to any emails or Instagram posts,with legitimate questions and concerns

Horrible no communication and I was lied to

I cancelled my order prior to it arriving and these jokers keep sending me generic responses and refuse to refund me despite me sending back their product unopened. This experience has been an nightmare and I've found them to be very unhelpful.

I will NEVER order from Body Complete Rx again! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered and paid for 2 trim kits, not knowing they were on back order until I sent an email inquiring about my order after weeks of not hearing anything. After that it still took a month for me to receive just part of my order. I was only sent one trim kit, and it should’ve been 2. I am now still waiting on someone to get back to me on the other trim kit (which I no longer want) or my money back for it. I prefer my money back at this point. I am highly upset with this company.
