Shipping was a little longer than I expected but they kept me updated on the shipping time. So far I'm liking the results.

First time ordering back in march. . took longer than promised date. Hope i do lose lbs as waited patiently for this to arrive

Its not bad, it just takes a while to actually get the product.

Customer service was prompt in explaining the 2 delays in receiving my initial order.

Shipping did take quite a while which makes me nervous about lapses in progress in the near future. Hopefully the item become available in stock more often and is made available at the Vitamin Shoppe again for easier purchasing in the future. I'm kinda disappointed that the shakes are always out of stock and not available anywhere else. $50 also seems a bit much.
