Have only taken it for a couple of weeks so I left off a star until I've used it longer but so far it seems to be going well. I started with one boost pill per day my first week to get used to the caffeine and just started taking 2 per day. Definitely take them early in the day. Without weighing myself I'd say maybe I've lost a couple pounds, like 1-3, but again I'm only 2 weeks in plus I haven't changed my diet or started exercising regularly yet. But I'm alot less bloated and I do feel full more quickly. I wouldn't say I've lost cravings just yet I still like my snacks but I only eat a little bit and then I'm good. I'll continue taking the supplements to see if I keep improving.
